The spacious room with a full kitchen, modern decor, and divided layout was perfect for our family. We especially appreciated the soothing color scheme and the unexpected bonus of a steam room. Despite some minor issues like noisy hallways and a broken couch leg, the overall experience was comfortable and convenient for our historic adventures in the area.

The staff were so warm and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast in the room was perfect. DEFINITELY coming back! The rooms are much better in person than in photos.

The hotel was fairly clean and had very good staff and location. The room met my needs, spotless with latest equipments. There was a nice restaurant with delicious meals.

I loved staying at this Brooklyn hotel. The spacious studios with kitchenette were homely and clean. The friendly staff and great location made exploring the area easy. The on-site restaurant, MADRE, was a delicious highlight. However, noise from the restaurant staff and slippery floors were drawbacks. A comfortable and convenient choice overall.

The Franklin Guesthouse was my second stay, and it was incredible. The staff is amazing and the location is perfect for exploring Greenpoint and Williamsburg. The room was comfy with lots of sunlight, but sound insulation and kitchen space could be improved. However, the new and functional kitchen facilities were a highlight. Overall, a great experience!

This hotel is sweet and clean, has accommodating staff and ideal location in the Greenpoint area of Brooklyn.

Omg! ! 🤩 i jst luvd the garden room wth tiny outdoor space! 🌿 it wz like a secret garden, so cozy! 💕 the staff were super amazn too, so caring n helpful 😊 the only downside wz the limited daylight in the basement room.

Pretty friendly staff, great restaurant, well-appointed room. Fairly clean place and amazing service. Plus their wifi was good. Walk from a subway station, within walking distance of a bakery and stores. Also, williamsburg was max 15 minutes walk to.

The suites at Franklin Guesthouse made us feel like we were in a stylish and comfortable home away from home. The individual climate control and flat-screen TV were just what we needed to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

I wish the lower level rooms had more natural light and better soundproofing, as the noise from guests walking around upstairs was a bit distracting. But that's just my personal preference!

The room was like a cozy studio apartment, with more than enough room for me and my guests, and the location was spot on in the heart of the city! The hotel's sauna was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring, and the soft lighting in the steam room really set the mood for relaxation. The only downside was that my son found the sofa bed a bit uncomfortable due to the thin mattress and wonky springs, but overall it didn't put a damper on our fantastic stay 😊.

The location was perfect for those traveling to Brooklyn and NYC. Water Ferry and subway within walking distance, shopping and dining nearby. Hotel car and arranged cars for transportation. Staff became like family, incredibly helpful.

The area felt safe and had lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had good water pressure. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel provided amenities like a gym and laundry facilities.

The morning coffee was lousy and should be improved or replaced.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, situated in a lovely neighborhood with great transport links. It was in the Greenpoint neighborhood, at the very north end of Brooklyn, which offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere with beautiful parks by the East River. The hotel provided excellent service, with friendly staff who were always helpful. We appreciated the housekeeping service and the laundry facilities. The free shuttle service was a bonus, making it easy for us to explore the city. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and we were impressed with the tour and ticket assistance provided by the hotel. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette. The hotel also had a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where we could relax and enjoy a drink. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service, and location.

The staff are absolutely amazing, they made us feel like family. The rooms were big, comfortable with everything we needed and the fresh towels every day were a really nice touch.
